Leadership Education, Activities and Development (LEAD) is a student-run organization formed to aid students with their leadership development. This is accomplished through weekly meetings and activities as well as the four programs we host for both SMU students and the community. We also award an outstanding Student Leader of the Month in addition to the Sameer Paroo Outstanding Male Leader Award and the Courtney Taylor Outstanding Female Leader Award to two SMU students for their achievements as campus leaders.
