What is
LeaderShape? LeaderShape is an interactive 6 day conference that emphasizes how to "lead with integrity." The curriculum takes participants on a journey of self-discovery and leadership that includes identification of passions and values, development of a powerful vision, commitment to integrity, and creation of a tangible Breakthrough Blueprint which serves as a commitment to action. The leadership process is one that can be applied immediately back on the campus environment. |

Why should I
go? Each participant has an opportunity to engage in reflection, planning, and one-on-one interactions, small group feedback, and large group learning during the six-day program. The LeaderShape Institute environment resembles a laboratory more than a formal classroom. Students are encouraged to practice new skills, give and receive feedback from peers and faculty, and risk new behaviors in safe, supportive atmospheres. |
