LCI staff can help student leaders plan group community service projects for student organizations. Complete the appropriate form below based on the number of participants in your communtiy service project group.
Group Service Project Placement Request Form - Complete this form if you are planning a student organization group community service project that will have 50 participants or less.Service Event Co-Sponsorship Request Form - Complete this form if you planning to co-sponsor a community service event for your student organization for more than 50 participants.
