IELTS Test Day Schedule

Candidates are expected to arrive at the assigned building (indicated on Test Admission Ticket) no later than 8:15 am.

Doors will open and registration will begin at 8:15 am. The test begins at 9am and the total test time is 2 hours 45 minutes (Listening, Reading and Writing).

Your speaking test is scheduled on the same afternoon at any time between 12 pm and 6 pm. Speaking is always held in the Laura Lee Blanton Building 6185 Airline Rd. Suite 216 a short walk from the classroom building where the exams are held. You should therefore be prepared to remain on the SMU campus the whole day we cannot accommodate airline schedules we encourage late evening returns to your destination.

Please leave personal items (such as cell phone, cameras, iPods, calculators, computers) at home or in your vehicles as you WILL NOT be able to take them into the test room. Please bring at least: 2 pens, 2 No. 2 pencils (can be mechanical), 1 eraser, 1 pencil sharpener these material will not be provide for you. No food or drinks are allowed in the test room (including water bottles).
