Enquiry on Results

Candidates who are not satisfied with their results may request to apply for a rescoring of the test (called Enquiry on Results) at the center where they took the test. This application must be made within six weeks of the test date. The candidate can choose which section(s) are to be re-marked.

There is a deposit fee for this service of $150. If the score on any section of the re-marked exam is increased, a full refund of the deposit will be sent to the candidate. If there is no change in the test scores, no refund is received.

The Enquiry on Results process takes up to six weeks from the date that test materials to be rescored are received at the test center in the UK. Please mail Enquiry on Results Form, $150 deposit (money order), and original TRF to the IELTS Test Center.
