Hunt Scholars cross the globe. This year, they are studying in Copenhagen, London, Paris, Madrid, and Perth, Australia. Because future leaders will need a rich understanding of global markets, cultures, and governments, the Hunt Leadership Scholarship provides for study in any of SMU’s more than 20 Study Abroad programs.

In addition, Hunt Leadership Scholars who are in the University Honors Program can submit proposals for the summer Richter International Fellowships. Through these fellowships, Hunt Scholars have conducted independent study projects in Nairobi, Kenya, Moscow, the Yucatan Penisula of Mexico, Turkey, France, Sweden, Japan, China, Thailand, Germany, India, Austria, Croatia, South Africa, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, and Spain.
