$500.00 Non-refundable deposit due by Oct. 1, to secure your reservation. Your non-refundable balance will be due Nov. 1. Make all checks out to Mustang Travel Int’l. Use of a credit card for land arrangement payments will incur a 4.5% fee.

DAY 2, 20 Dec 08 GDANSK - WARSAW, THURSDAY
Breakfast.
Full day local guide services for 8 hours today and full day coach for 8 hours. Travel to Satutthof and visit the Camp. After tour, return to Gdansk and take 2ND class TRAIN to Warsaw (train departing around 15:35pm with arrival in Warsaw at approx. 19:40 pm). UPON arrival TO Warsaw RAILWAY STATION meet local assistant and coach and transfer to hotel. DAY 3, 21 Dec 08 WARSAW, FRIDAY
Breakfast.
Meet Local Guide for morning sightseeing tour OF WARSAW, INCLUDING Entrance to the Jewish CEMETERY and the Synagogue. This afternoon excursion to Treblinka for a visit to the camp and memorial Museum. Return to Warsaw for overnight. (B,O)

DAY 4, 22 Dec 08 WARSAW, SATURDAY
Breakfast
Today, start TOURING COACH. (no tour escort )and travel to Chelmno. Visit to the Chelmno camp. Return to Warsaw for free evening. Overnight (B,O)

Day 05, 23 DEC 08 WARSAW – LUBLIN, SUNDAY
Breakfast.
DEPARTURE (WITH BUS BUT WITHOUT LOCAL ASSISTANCE) TO SOBIBOR TO SEE THE CAMP, THE MEMORIAL AND THE OPEN AIR MUSEUM. A BRIEF STOP IN THE NEARBY TOWN OF WLODAWA WITH ITS MIX OF CATHOLIC CHURCHES, ORTHODOX CHURCHES AND SYNAGOGUES IS HIGHLY RECCOMENDED, WHILE DRIVING TO BELZEC FOR A VISIT TO THE CAMP/MUSEUM. ON TH WAY BACK TO LUBLIN, OPPORTUNITY FOR A BRIEF STOP IN zAMOSC, PICTORESQUE REINASSANCE MODEL TOWN DATING BACK TO THE XVI CENTURY. OVERNIGHT AT HOTEL IN LUBLIN. (B,O)

NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE PRICE:
Airfare, US and foreign airport taxes and fuel costs, travel insurance, passport and visa fees, border taxes when applicable, items not listed on standard group menus, mineral water, tea, coffee, after meal beverages, personal expenses (i.e. laundry, valet service, cables, telephone calls, postage, etc.), tips to drivers, guides, tour escorts, chamber maids, porters, restaurant staff and any other services not indicated above or specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

SUGGESTED TIPPING SCHEDULE:
Driver (Provides chauffer services and limited assistance with luggage): $3 per person per day
Local Guides: $2 per person per half day sightseeing
Hotel Porter: $1 per bag per person
Wait staff: $1.50 per person
Chamber maid: $1.00 per person per day

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS & SERVICES:
To book, $500 deposit by Oct. 1.
Balance of payment by Nov. 1.

AMENDMENTS AFTER DEPARTURE:
Must be paid locally. The cost of any changes or additions will be at the local rate at the time of the amendment, not per the Gate 1 Travel brochure.

CREDIT CARDS:
We accept major credit cards for land arrangements with a 4.5% fee. Prefer to have land arrangements paid by check. Airline tickets may be paid with a credit card with no fee.


CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS:
In case of currency fluctuation of more than 3% or amendments in local government taxes, we will adjust pricing accordingly up until final payment. We will examine the prices at approximately 60 days prior and advise of any changes.

DEVIATIONS:
Any passenger deviating from the group flights will be subject to the airline charges for the actual itinerary of the deviating passenger. Including: taxes, stopover fees, and weekend surcharges, in addition to a $200 deviation fee. Remember that group rates may not apply for deviating passengers, nor will they apply for tour series and other packages.

DOCUMENTS:
Will be mailed 21 days prior to departure for delivery approximately 14 days prior provided that full payment (cleared check or approved credit card) is received at least 45 days prior. Post Office Box numbers cannot be used to mail travel documents. Please provide a complete street address. For shipping by 2nd Day Air, a $12 fee will apply; for Next Day Air, a $20 fee will apply. Should final payment be received fewer than 45 days prior, an additional $12 for 2nd Day Air must be added to your final payment. This amount must be paid in full before documents can be released.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. All rooms are standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for third person. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. All hotel rates are based on Gate 1 agreements with its suppliers and are not negotiable. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late night flight is being used. If a day room is included in the itinerary, check-out will normally be 6:00 p.m.

LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS:
Bookings received 21 days or less prior to departure will include a $50 last-minute booking fee. If requested services cannot be confirmed, deposit and booking fee will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply thereafter. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or certified check.

LUGGAGE:
All tour packages allow one piece of luggage per person and one carry-on bag. Excess luggage will be subject to charge of up to $100 per piece. For flights to/from the USA, most airlines permit two pieces of checked luggage each weighing up to about 50lbs. For domestic flight it usually limited to 33lbs. However, airline policies vary and may change at any time. Gate 1 Travel is not responsible for any excess luggage/ weight charges levied by an airline. The Travel Agent and/or Tour Operator, Gate 1 Travel, shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage/personal items. All damage/loss must be reported at time of incident and documented in writing by local authorities for submission to the insurance company. PASSENGER NAME:
Passengers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on the invoice exactly match the first and last name written in their passport (middle names or initials are not needed). Due to newly introduced security measures, any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of rebooking. Once full payment is received, airline tickets will be issued. Subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee of up to $200 per ticket plus a Gate 1 Travel $50 revision fee per change. Gate 1 will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing.

PRICES:
Prices are per person and based upon shared twin room occupancy. Single accommodations are on a request basis and limited to 10 percent of the passengers traveling. In case of human or computer error, Gate 1 reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Gate 1 Travel receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification. All prices for optional tours purchased locally are subject to currancy amendment, sufficient participation and local conditions. local prices may vary. All prices are conditional upon payment by Cash or travelers checks. When paying locally by credit card, we will be required to collect additional 5% surcharges for each credit card transaction in order to cover merchant processing fees.

RAIL:
Rail tickets are valid for the dates and times specified and once issued are non-refundable. The possibility of date and/or time changes once issued is strictly subject to availability and may by accompanied by rate increases.

RETURNED CHECKS:
$30 fee.
