INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Please make sure to read the guidelines found on the Policy & Procedures page before submitting your request.
  • Please note submission of this form is a request only and is not final until you have received and returned a signed copy of the event estimate.
  • Vendors outside the SMU Community will pay $125 per Crossing space, per day granted. A vendor is automatically considered outside the SMU Community if they are not representing an SMU student organization, or an on-campus department.
