Guidelines:
The request and slide must be submitted to the HTSC Marketing Office. All slides MUST be submitted by Friday at 2 p.m. for the following week. Slides will not be added during the week.
Space is limited and not guaranteed. The advertisements are prioritized on a "first come, first served" basis. Early submission of your information offers a greater possibility and availability for advertising display dates.
All display advertising is free to CHARTERED SMU student organizations and campus departments. However, fees will be charged if we have to create your slide due to it being in the wrong format.
The advertisement must promote an ON-CAMPUS event that is open to the entire SMU community. There will be no self-promotion, organization recruitment, or listing of meetings. We reserve the right to refuse service.
No organization or department may have more than one slide per event at any one time.
Copyrighted or trademarked material will not be used. SMU images are available for use.
