2011 Valentine's Vendor Fair

Each year, Hughes-Trigg seeks to serve our customers by bringing holiday shopping options to campus. This year our Vendor Fair will be on Monday, February 14th in the Hughes-Trigg Commons. If you are interested in serving the SMU community by offering your great products, please submit the confirmation below. Rates:

  • The standard rate for vendors is $125 per table for the day
  • The discount rate for SMU students, faculty and staff is $75 per table for the day

The Fair will be widely promoted on campus and you don't need to pay an additional fee for advertising. However, if you are interested in purchasing an individual ad/slide for your business that runs on our 10'x12' digital lights projector screen or to rent a display case, please review the rates and chose one of the options below.

How will you submit your advertisement?

Advertisement Guidelines:

  • All advertisements must be in landscape (horizontal).
  • All advertisements must be submitted as JPEG or PowerPoint files (All ads can be four color).
  • Ads are due three weeks before the event.
  • There is no additional fee if HTSC designs your ad, it is part of your package.

By submitting this form you agree to participate in the HTSC Valentine Vendors Fair on Monday, February 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Failure to show up on the day of the event will result in you being charged a fine, in addition to the reservation price.
