Reservation Request Form

We're happy to share our training room resources with you. In order to meet everyone's needs, we simply ask that you be good stewards of the facility and the equipment. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be provided with additional information regarding room access, how to use the AV equipment and kitchen access, if applicable.  Please be prepared to return the keys and the room in the condition it was delivered to you and to report any problems you  encounter.

Every effort will be made to accommodate you on the requested dates.  Submitting all information and providing additional details will help us to help you prepare for your event.  Our commitment will be to respond within 48 hours from submission of your request.

Please note that reservations the Training Room will not be accepted for more than four months out OR for after hours (nights and weekends).

If your dates are flexible, please provide up to three dates to check availability. If you have a specific date, simply complete your First Choice only. If this is a multi-date event, add the additional dates to the right of the 1,2,3, choice date:

Provide the event times AND reservation times.  In other words, please provide time for you or your designated person to arrive, open the room, set-up tables and chairs, meet caterers, etc. in order to be ready to start your event on time.

CATERING NEEDS

You may use SMU Catering, bring in your own food from the outside OR you may elect to use the HRTR Kitchen resources for your snacks.  We charge $2.50 per person per half day or $ 5.00 per person per all day which provides access to the coffee makers, drinks in the refrigerator, and healthy snack baskets.
