Departmental Receptionist
- Greet guests, answer phones (2-3 lines), light clerical duties (filing,
faxing). Strong phone voice, customer service orientation and interpersonal
skills.
Administrative
Assistant - Answer phones, greet guests, Basic proficiency in Windows
MS Office Suite (word processing and spreadsheets) and Outlook; general office
administration skills (travel, calendar scheduling correspondence, filing, mail
merge, copying, faxing)
Data Entry - Alphanumeric or numeric input Windows environment. Strong accuracy and attention to detail.-
General Clerk - Filing, mail distribution, faxing, copying, stuff envelopes, light phones, and basic computer skills. -
General
Labor - Semi-skilled lawn maintenance; mowing, pruning, trimming,
trash pick-up.
Accountant
- Four-year degree in Accounting with up to four years accounting
experience including trial balances, general ledger, journal entries, account
analysis and reconciliation, and financial statements; able to assist in monthly
and year-end closings and special projects; proficient with spreadsheets and/or
other computerized accounting packages.
Accounting
Clerk - Data entry, 10-key skills; match receipts or invoices to
reports and verify accuracy; light exposure to accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and other basic accounting functions; able to perform routine
processing in these areas; good figure aptitude.
Accounts
Receivable Clerk - Processing of account receivables which may include any
or all of the following: posting of cash receipts to appropriate accounts,
prepare and review monthly receivable aging reports, resolution of a/r
inquiries, resolution of unapplied cash, collections calls, documentation,
reconciliation of cash deposits and outstanding a/r balances, and interface with
internal and external customers.
Accounts
Payable Clerk - Processing of accounts payables which may include any or all
of the following: data entry, coding, batching, processing, reconciling, and
payment of vendor statements, invoices, expense reports, etc. May or may not
include actual check processing.
