Participants are challenged to accumulate Wellpower Credits beginning August 25, 2008 through July 17, 2009. The program has three levels of achievement, Bronze, Silver & Gold and three areas of focus-Body, Mind and Spirit.

Earning Credits
![]() |
There are three different ways to earn
credits:
Wellpower lists many activities and events on the Activity Schedule. Use the schedule to locate activities you want to attend, how many credits an activity is worth, what category of credit you'll earn and who is responsible for entering the credit. Check the Body,
Mind and Spirit Activities pages for information about ways you can earn
credits within each category.
|
Challenges
| A challenge is a designated period of time
during which we are focusing our attention on building a particular healthy
habit. The activities required are completed on your own and do not require
attendance at a class or event.
Example: The physical challenge runs 6 weeks long and asks you to track your exercise outside of SMU fitness classes. You will log 1 point for every 10 minutes of activity at the moderate or strenuous level. You can hike, walk, jog, lift weights, play basketball, do yoga etc...the choice is yours! Click HERE to visit the Wellpower Challenge page for a schedule and description of challenges.
