Stretch Your Spirit Challenge Runs October 19-November 16, 2009

Ever wish you could earn Wellpower credits for volunteering in the community, attending church or other religious classes, or maybe for practicing meditation?

How about credits for consciously working to improve important relationships in your life or maybe getting back to nature?

You're in luck! This month's challenge encourages you to find ways to nurture your spirit and the above were just a few examples! You can earn 10 Spirit credits this month by completing 12 hours of activities aimed at bolstering your spirit.

Is it time for your annual mammogram? You're in luck! The Methodist mobile mammography unit is scheduled to be on campus November 10. Earn a Body credit for getting this important screening. Call for an appointment today!

Did you know that women over the age of 40 who participate in our BCBSTX medical plans can get their annual preventive mammogram 100% paid for by SMU?
