SMU & YOU for New Employees

We welcome our new employees to the University community through SMU's Total Orientation Program.  During the first three months, new employees complete an on-line Orientation Tutorial, enroll in Benefit and Retirement options, have discussions regarding their career development with their supervisor and become familiar with the University culture.  A portion of this process is attending a half day session called SMU & YOU where employees learn about the culture, values and ethics of the University as a whole. 

During each session, a group photo is taken to share with the group and the University community.  Please join us in welcoming our newest employees.
