To help new employees assimilate into their new role with the University, HR provides a series of tools and training as well as a checklist of required steps with due dates. You are encouraged to print this checklist and check off items as you complete them to take advantage of all the resources available to you. In addition you will ensure that you have completed the necessary steps to select benefit options and ensure you have taken the necessary steps to receive your financial compensation.
