The Department of Human Resources is committed to timely and accurate responses to correspondence.  Our goal is to reply within a 24 hour time period.  If the person you are contacting is out of the office, you will be alerted to their status via out-of-office messages or voice mail alerts. 

Please note that normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

For questions, concerns, or emergency assistance, you may contact our Customer Service Representative during normal business hours by calling 214-768-3311 and your call will be directed to the appropriate person.
