90 Day Performance Reviews are to be completed prior to an employee's 90th day of employment.
Successful completion of the 90 Day Probationary Period has several components which should be discussed in the Performance Review. The New Employee Checklist lists these required and optional steps which should be discussed in the Performance Review.
