As a Student Staff Member, you play an integral role in helping implement the mission of the department through programming and building community. Programming in the residential communities is based on the four Cornerstones listed above.
The High Five are characteristics that all staff in the department strive to have when working individually and with each other.
The recruitment process is designed to give you an understanding of the department and position. Components of the process include the completed application, references, the Student Staff Leadership Institute, and Individual Interviews.
