Some residents may be eligible for early arrival due to their University-sponsored involvement in Mustang Corral, varsity athletic practices, or other University business. Individual requests for early arrival are not available. Early arrival requests must be submitted to RLSH by the sponsoring department or on-campus organization.
Going to Mustang Corral? First-year and transfer students who have registered for Corral may check-in at their appointment time on Wednesday, August 15th at the Hughes-Trigg Student Center. Check-in appointment times have been set up in order to manage the large number of new students checking in and to help reduce long lines. Appointment times will be sent to Mustang Corral students with the hall assignment email on June 26th (if the student registered for Corral before June 24th.) Due to the large number of students expected, you may check in anytime after the appointment time, but not before.
Students registering for Corral after June 24th will be notified of their appointment time with their roommate email on August 3rd.
Roommate letters will be emailed to your SMU email address on August 3. Your roommate's name and phone number will be included.
RLSH does not give out assignment information over the phone for privacy and security reasons.
