For approximately 20-25 entering students who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership ability and strong academic performance, this program provides full tuition (less the cost of the student’s home state university tuition), study abroad and the expectation and support for leadership during the Hunt Scholar’s education at SMU. Hunt Scholars have access to business, civic and community leaders, SMU’s renowned Tate Lecture Series and special faculty and civic mentoring.
