I. Jacqueline Zamora is an
incoming History graduate student. She is a native
of Fort Worth, Texas.
Jacqueline graduated from
Texas Wesleyan University in 2011 with Summa Cum
Laude honors earning her Bachelors of Arts in
History with a double minor in Spanish and
International Studies. As an undergraduate, she
became increasingly interested in Native American
history. Yet, after the opportunity of an
Independent Study in Mexican-American history, she
became increasingly interested in Chicano(a)
studies. She hopes to focus her interests on the
convergence of Mexican-Americans, Mexicans and
Native Americans throughout the Southwest. |
