Traveling Abroad
If you would like the Memorial Health Center to assist with preparations for traveling abroad:

Go to the CDC Travel Site and decide what vaccines you may require.

After reviewing the CDC information specific to your area of travel, call the Memorial Health Center at 214-768-2141 to schedule an appointment.

At the same time, if you need a physical exam, we will schedule a doctor's appointment.
