Body image is a topic that is widely discussed on television, newspapers, magazines, the internet, and even in literature and poetry. 

Take a look at this video clip from the Dove Self-Esteem Film Gallery.  Is it any wonder that so many of us strive to look like models, but can't?  In reality, even models don't look like models until they are air brushed or touched up by Photoshop!
