Immunization records must be complete BEFORE students will be allowed to register for classes. A HOLD will be placed on a student's access account for non-compliance.
Required for all new students who are under the age of 30. New Texas state law is effective starting January 1, 2012. The meningitis immunization must have been received within the preceding 5 years, or a booster shot is required.
