Students must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $30.00 registration fee to SMU WITH THIS REGISTRATION FORM, AND A $80.00 EXAM FEE PAYABLE TO PROMETRIC (DSST) ON THE DAY OF THE TEST. YOU MUST PAY BY MASTERCARD, VISA OR DISCOVER. PERSONAL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
