Scheduling An Appointment
The Center for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention is located on the second floor of the Memorial Health Center. Appointments and Fees- Call 214-768-4021 to make an appointment or to enroll in the Substance Abuse Awareness Class.
- There is no charge for counseling or classes, but there is a $20.00 no-show fee for appointments and class reservations that are not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment/class time and date.
