•Women: discharge, painful urination, pain with sex, heavy and irregular menstrual periods

•Men: discharge, epididymitis (painful scrotum)

•Can cause PID and infertility


	Incubation 1-3 weeks.

	Treatment: Doxycycline--7 days, inexpensive
	Azithromycin--1 dose, expensive
