Walter Albers
Walter F. Albers has been developing the heat and mass transfer process that serves as the technology basis for elevating low grade geothermal resources to temperatures suitable for electric power generation. He has been president of Albers Technologies Corporation since 1988 and granted over 40 patents internationally with three additional pending. Earlier, he co-founded Medar, Inc., a pioneer in applications involving computer based process control, that became listed on the NASDAC National Market System. Mr. Albers holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and continued his education at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania in a self-designed program concerning technology innovation.
