Brian Hageman

Mr. Brian Hageman is CEO of Deluge, Inc. as well as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Brian is the inventor of the Natural Energy Engine™, an innovative technology that he developed while he was an independent researcher at the University of Arizona. Mr. Hageman has received patents for this technology in 39 countries with patents pending in 3 other industrialized countries around the world. As inventor and custodian of this revolutionary technology, Brian is guiding the business in directions that promote innovation in technology, technology development, environmental protection and business practices.

Mr. Hageman’s extensive energy industry career stretches back to 1972 when he designed oil refineries for Fluor Corporation. Rapid promotion at Fluor took Brian to Indonesia where he managed refinery construction. His worldwide engineering portfolio expanded to engineering liquefied petroleum processing plants for two years in Saudi Arabia. In 1982, Brian moved to Bechtel Power Corporation where he oversaw project management of nuclear systems on five of the largest nuclear powered electric generating stations in the United States including San Onofre, California and Palo Verde, Arizona.

Brian is a weekly on-air featured energy expert on Phoenix’s leading financial news radio station. He is also Chairman of the American Environmental Technology Industries Cluster; Board Member of the Arizona Association of Industries, serving on the Energy Committee; and Board Member of the Arizona Technology Council.

The science community has recognized Mr. Hageman’s significant contributions by listing him in the “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering”.
