General Directions to SMU

From U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway)
Traveling from the north, take the Lovers Lane/University Boulevard/SMU Boulevard exit. Continue on the service road to SMU Boulevard/Yale. Turn right (west) onto campus. At Airline turn left, then right on Binkley.  Collins Parking Garage is on the left.  The second level is for the conference.

Traveling from the south, take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit. Continue on the service road to SMU Boulevard/Yale. Turn left (west). At Airline turn left, then right on Binkley.  Collins Parking Garage is on the left.  The second level is for the conference.

From Denton (I-35 north of Dallas)
Traveling south on IH-35E, exit east on IH-635 (LBJ Freeway). Proceed to U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway) and exit south toward downtown. Proceed about five miles and take the Lovers Lane/University Boulevard/SMU Boulevard exit. Continue on the service road to SMU Boulevard/Yale. Turn right (west) onto campus. At Airline turn left, then right on Binkley.  Collins Parking Garage is on the left.  The second level is for the conference.

From Waco (I-35 south of Dallas)
Traveling north on IH-35E, exit east on the Woodall Rogers Freeway just north of downtown Dallas. Proceed east for a few miles and then exit north to U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway). Proceed north for about five miles and take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit. Continue on the service road to SMU Boulevard/Yale and turn left (west) onto campus. At Airline turn left, then right on Binkley.  Collins Parking Garage is on the left.  The second level is for the conference.

From IH-30
Traveling from either direction, exit north to U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway) (also exist for I45 south); the sign indicates “Sherman.” Proceed north for about five miles and take the Mockingbird Lane/SMU Boulevard exit. Continue on the service road to SMU Boulevard/Yale and turn left (west) onto campus. At Airline turn left, then right on Binkley.  Collins Parking Garage is on the left.  The second level is for the conference.

From D/FW International Airport
Take the North Exit from the airport to IH-635 (LBJ Freeway). Proceed to U.S. Highway 75 (North Central Expressway) and exit south toward downtown. Proceed about five miles and take the Lovers Lane/University Boulevard/SMU Boulevard exit. Continue on the service road to SMU Boulevard/Yale. Turn right (west) onto campus. At Airline turn left, then right on Binkley.  Collins Parking Garage is on the left.  The second level is for the conference. (Approximately 50 minutes)

From Love Field Airport
Exit from the airport left (east) onto Mockingbird Lane. Proceed east for about five miles to Bishop Boulevard (just past Hillcrest).  Turn left (north) into the campus.  Turn Right at Binkley Blvd.  Collins Parking Garage is on the right.  The second level is for the conference. (Approximately 30 minutes)

          If you are lost, the emergency number for the conference is the Collins Center Main Office (214-768-4462).

 

The registration and package pick-up begins at 7:30 am on June 17 with presentations beginning at 8:30 am.  Tuesday ends with a reception from 5:30 - 7:30 pm in the Collins Center.  June 18 starts with registration at 7:30 am and 8 am the poster session.  The conference ends at 5:15 pm.
