As the Presidents of Interfraternity, Multicultural Greek, National Pan-Hellenic, and Panhellenic Councils at Southern Methodist University, we would like to welcome you to our Greek community! Our four Greek Councils are comprised of 28 chapters. Each chapter is unique and outstanding. Our Greek community is continually considered to be one of the strongest Greek communities in the nation. Our strength comes from our involvement in community service and philanthropic events, campus organizations and activities, our pride in our academics, our support for SMU athletics, and the involvement with our national organizations.
If you are considering joining a fraternity or sorority at SMU, you will certainly find a chapter where you belong! Greeks at SMU have the opportunity to impact the campus and local communities through their involvement in Student Senate, Student Foundation, Daily Campus, Program Council, numerous religious organizations, academic honor societies, athletic teams, class councils, AARO, LEAD, Relay For Life, and Mustang Corral, just to name a few. We are very proud of Greek Life at SMU and even more proud to be Mustangs!
