Definitions of Terms
Silent |
A chapter is no longer active but is without conduct status |
Good Standing |
An active chapter has a positive official status |
Conduct Reprimand |
An active chapter is on official formal notice |
Disciplinary Probation |
An active chapter is warned that further issues may result in consideration of suspension. Chapter may be required to fulfill obligations or sanctions |
Deferred Suspension |
A active chapter’s suspension is deferred (not enforced) with various sanctions and requirements levied against an organization. Failure to adhere to the conditions of deferred suspension may result in the enforcement of suspension |
Suspension |
A chapter is removed from the University for an assigned period of time. That chapter is no longer active |
Expulsion |
A chapter is/was removed from the University and is permanently no longer active |
