The Faculty Club hosts programs and events for members and their guests. Seasonal Events include the annual holiday celebration, the book review series, A bi-annual luncheon with a member of the University’s Administrative Cabinet and a Special Theme Dinner once per semester.

Private Events

In addition members are encouraged to use the faculty club to host events for fellow club members. To plan your next meeting or special event at the Faculty Club call 214-768-4858. All events at the Faculty Club must have a club member sponsor.

Audio-Visual Equipment

The Dining Room is equipped with a ceiling-mounted DLP projector, DVD/VCR player and an audio system. Additional audio-visual equipment (if required) and support are available for a fee through SMU Events office. Contact SMU Events by email at media@smu.edu or at (214)768-4419. It is essential that you submit your requests to SMU Events at least a week in advance of your event. Please note that the Faculty Club does not have its own audio-visual support staff
