Ms. Tammy McNary earned her undergraduate degree at SMU, where she majored in sociology.  She is a full-time artist who has participated in a number of respected group exhibitions in  Dallas, and recently in New York and Los Angeles.  During the school year, she teaches photography to elementary-aged youths.  Ms. McNary teaches You are Here, Photography as Art and Picture It-1-2-3 for TAG.
