Mr. Ben Koch received his B.A. in Rhetoric and Professional Communication from Iowa State University and is currently completing his Master’s of Education, with a special focus on Gifted and Talented Education, at SMU in Dallas. While living in Argentina he became fluent in Spanish and developed an interest in Bilingual Education as well. His poems and articles have been published in trade journals, travel magazines, as well as online, and an article about a recent trip to China is scheduled for publication in an upcoming issue of HIGHLIGHTS. He is currently a teacher in Frisco, Texas.  Mr. Koch  teaches Creativity: An Exploration and Practice and Literature: A Writer's Workshop for TAG.
