Registration

We look forward to your registration, but please be aware that requests for refunds must be received seven days prior to the lecture/workshop whose registration you wish to cancel; refunds will not be made after this time. Cancellation of a registration prior to one week before the lecture/workshop will be refunded less a $15 handling fee; a check for the balance will be mailed within 4 weeks. Lectures/workshops are subject to cancellation by the Institute due to insufficient enrollment; full refunds will be processed as quickly as possible in these cases.

Tuition for all courses may be paid by check, money order, MasterCard/Visa, or purchase order. If using a purchase order for payment, process the P.O. using the following registration form as an invoice; submit the P.O. with the completed registration form to SMU's GSI office. Certificates of attendance are provided to all individuals whose registration fees have been paid in full and who attend the entire event.

Fax: Download a PDF form, complete the form and fax it it with either a P.O. or credit card information to 214-768-3147.  You will receive a confirmation of your reservation within two working days.

Mail: Complete the registration form and then mail it with a check, credit card information, or copy of a P.O. to SMU GSI Lectures, PO Box 750383, Dallas, TX 75275-0383. You may wish to make a copy of the form to keep for yourself. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation once it has been received in the GSI office.
