Housekeeping Notes

  • The Minimum/Maximum class size has been added to your course contract. We will closely monitor these numbers and you will be contacted by your program manager should your class numbers fall below the minimum.

  • We will provide emailable postcards for your classes for you to market to your personal and professional contact lists. CAPE sends out marketing emails and brochures; however, a personal note from you to your constituents is both a call to action and considered a personal invitation from the instructor.

  • Direct costs and administrative fees will be assessed to your pay, as noted in the Course Information Sheet. Payment can take up to 6 weeks for processing after course end date.

  • Be on the lookout for your parking pass and login information by email over the next few weeks. SPN numbers are assigned to each instructor specifically. Once you set up your password, you will need to update it every six months. Should you forget your password, please contact your staff member. Once you have the SPN number, register your account in the self-service password management tool and maintain your password privately and securely. Users with forgotten passwords will need to ask the CAPE office for a new PIN. This process can take 24-48 hours to process.

VERY IMPORTANT: Passwords expire every 180 days (six months). Create a reminder for yourself or go through the password reset process after the password expires.

  • 1099s will be mailed by the University beginning January 31 to all who earned $600 or more in 2011.
