Kelly P. Weeks is an associate professor of business at Centenary College of Louisiana, teaching in the area of management.   She has been at Centenary for 7 years and has enjoyed teaching many types of classes, including human resources, diversity in the workforce, international management, social responsibility of business, and general management classes.   Her classes tend to be very interactive so that students can learn while experiencing the concepts in a practical manner. 

Kelly’s research mainly focuses on organizational behavior and human resources.  Issues that she has recently published on include: how diversity and prejudice affect HR policies, how companies can help expatriates and their families adjust abroad, and issues of employee perceptions of fairness at work.  In her free time, Dr. Weeks can be found camping, jogging, scrapbooking and playing with her two young children.
