Warren Spencer, J.D.
Instructor

Warren Spencer has spent over 15 years training law enforcement
 professionals on complex legal topics such as liability, search and seizure,
ethics, statutes and others.  He is a licensed attorney and has developed
courses and programs for the city of Plano, Northlake Community College,
the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration and is the current
Chair of the Legal Curriculum Review Committee for the
Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education
(TCLEOSE) He has published several handbooks relating to legal topics
that have been in use for the past 10 years.
