A native of Dallas, Thomas Noble is a graduate of Washington University. In the late 1980s, he was one of the first family lawyers trained as a mediator by the Dallas Bar Association and became proactive in promulgating mediation in the family law courts of Dallas County. He is currently actively practicing family law, mediation, and he is a Certified Financial Planner. He is the author of Anticipating Divorce, and Improving Negotiation Skills: Rules for Master Negotiators, along with numerous newsletters and other articles, most of which can be found on his web site at www.tnoble.com. He has been a student of ethics on many levels since the 1970s and is currently working on a book about ADR Ethics.
