Wednesday, November 18: Arrival

• Students arrive (check in is 3 p.m.)
• 6:30 p.m.: Group dinner at Bistro Du Nord

Thursday, November 19: Pre-Conference Workshops

• 8 – 9 a.m. Breakfast with fellow writers
• 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Workshop
• 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Workshop
• 12– 1 p.m. Lunch with fellow writers
• 1 p.m. –  2:30 p.m. Workshop
• 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. Workshop
• Free evening

Friday, November 20: Conference

• 8 – 9 a.m. Breakfast with fellow writers
• 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Individual student conferences with agents and editors
• 12 – 1 p.m. Lunch with fellow writers and guest agents and editors
• 1 p.m. –  4 p.m. Individual student conferences with agents and editors
• 6 p.m. Formal dinner with guest authors, program alumni, agents and editors

Saturday, November 21: Wrap-Up

• 8 – 9 a.m.: Breakfast and wrap-up session, seminar evaluation
• *Students depart (check out is 12 p.m.)

*Students should plan to depart on Saturday; however, arrangements may be made if travel plans require a Saturday night stay.
