Paul Kelemen, Ph.D.

Dr. Paul Kelemen is Vice President of Community and Economic Development at North Lake College where he has served in several capacities for the past twenty-seven years. Prior to this current assignment, he has served as a Faculty Counselor and Professor of Human Development, Dean of Business and Technology, Interim Vice President of Student Services, Interim Vice President of Instruction, and Executive Dean and Director of the DFW Education Center. Dr. Kelemen is a member of the NLC President's Team. He has taught Human Development and Psychology for more than twenty years. He has published nationally and internationally, and presented programs at a variety of conferences across the country in the areas of Career Planning and Student Success and Retention. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and approved supervisor in the State of Texas.
