Parking

Enrolled students may use the SMU Continuing and Professional Education Parking Pass/Course Confirmation Letter in the following spaces, and with the following guidelines:

  1. All University Parking lots (AUP)
  2. Most Faculty/Staff (F/S) lots* AFTER 5 p.m. M-F, and Saturdays anytime
  3. Commuter Lots (C)
  4. Airline garage
  5. Binkley garage--3rd, 4th, or 5th floor ONLY

*Please Note: The first 2 levels of the Airline Garage are reserved for F/S at ALL times

  • If you are parking in a garage (Airline or Binkley), please enter the gate code found on your Parking Pass/Course Confirmation Letter.

  • Visitor parking lots may be utilized; the fee is $1 per hour, payable in coins

  • Parking permits are NOT needed at SMU-in-Legacy

  • Parking spaces marked as RESERVED are not available to students at anytime

  • Handicapped parking is only available with valid DMV permit

  • Please observe all state traffic and parking regulations; i.e. avoiding Fire Lanes

  • Course Confirmation Letter will serve as student Parking Pass, and is valid only for the specific dates and times of a course

  • Please display Parking Pass/Course Confirmation Letter clearly on vehicle dashboard

  • If you wish to dispute a citation, all appeals must be submitted in writing using on-line e-business.
