May 8, 2002 Technology Forum Examines Opportunities in a Global Digital Economy DALLAS, Texas (SMU) -- Three
area leaders in technology education are joining forces to present a half-day
forum designed to provide insights into the key business and technology
trends, challenges and opportunities of the global digital economy. On
Thursday, May 23, 2002, Texas eComm, the Linda and Mitch Hart eCenter
and SMU's Cox School of Business will host Global Trends in the Digital
Economy at the Four Seasons Resort & Club, Dallas at Las Colinas.
Attendees are encouraged to
submit questions ahead of time for panelists to address during their panel
discussions, as well as to participate in the discussions. "Question
& Answer" sessions will follow each panel discussion. By participating
in the half-day forum, attendees will gain insight into the digital economy
and learn how to leverage technologies and take advantage of business
opportunities within this new global marketplace. The forum will conclude
