Jane Kaufman Winn, a professor of law in SMU’s Dedman School of Law and an expert on Internet commerce moderated.The discussion centered on the hub of the privacy and security debate, dealing directly with the issues of balancing the needs of business and government with the preservation of personal rights and human dignity.
