of Travelocity.com; and Rebecca Whitener, director of privacy services,
EDS Global Security and Privacy Services. Jane Kaufman Winn, a professor
of law in SMUs Dedman School of Law and an expert on Internet
commerce moderated.The discussion centered on the hub of the privacy
and security debate, dealing directly with the issues of balancing
the needs of business and government with the preservation of personal
rights and human dignity.
