Extra Mile Awards
Students for New Learning (SNL) would like to acknowledge 3 special faculty for their sensitivity in working with SMU students with learning differences.
Jayme Clemente, President of SNL, along with other members of
the student organization for students with learning differences, presented the
awards and gift certificates to the following faculty at a reception on April
10th, 2008.
The recipients of the Extra Mile Award for 2007/2008 are:
July Newell-Math
Pauline Newton-English
Stuart Robinson-Psychology
SNL will select 3 new recipients and acknowledge these faculty at the SMU Awards Extravaganza in the Spring 2009 semester.
