Donor Relations Donor Relations oversees a strategic program designed to assure adherence to donors' wishes, recognize their contributions, and nurture the relationship between the donor and SMU. Donor Services Donor Services oversees the timely and accurate maintenance of donor information, including biographic/demographic data and gift and pledge entry, managing data integrity, and demonstrating good stewardship of donors' commitments to SMU. Constituent Records Constituent Records maintains biographical data on alumni, friends, parents and organizations. Gift Administration Gift Administration records gifts and pledges, issues tax receipts, provides information for internal and external constituencies, and serves as liaison between DEA and Accounting. Information Services Information Services provides support for DEA as well as the schools and areas around campus that have development and/or alumni relations offices. Development Research and Prospect Management Development Research & Prospect Management helps increase University resources by providing confidential, relevant, accurate, and timely information related to potential and current donors to the University.
