Please use the form below to email a description of the type and number of items to be donated. Please note if there is a predominant subject area so that the description can be forwarded to the proper Subject Specialist if necessary. A librarian will contact you via email or by telephone if you prefer.

Acknowledgment of Conditions of Acceptance

I have read and reviewed the conditions of acceptance

We may ask to view a gift or a description of its contents prior to acceptance. If the gift is not suited to our needs, we will attempt to refer the donor to a more appropriate recipient.

If accepted, donations of small quantities may be dropped off at the Fondren Library Center Circulation Desk during regular library hours. Please leave name and address for acknowledgment. Deliveries of large quantities should be coordinated with the Collection Development librarian.
