Subject specialists and collection development librarians use this form to request cataloging for FREE electronic resources after a collection development decision has been made.  Free Resources are items in which no purchase order or payment of any kind is required to have access to the resource. Such resources include, but are not limited to, full-text books, journals, documents, reports, directories, databases and other reference tools. They are readily available to any library user with access to the internet.  If the resource is free, but it is necessary to maintain a subscription to another resource or format, please see the Paid Resources Form.
